ORDERING 
Orders can be placed through our website via the secure PayPal payment portal.
SHIPPING 
Orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Services, with proof of posting retained without exception. Please allow longer for delivery during busy seasons such as Christmas.
Stock items are generally shipped within 2 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for made to order items to be shipped.
PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to tweak our designs and adjust our prices. Please bear in mind that our products are entirely handmade in small batches, and as such will differ from time to time.
PACKAGING PROMISE
We do our very best to minimise the use of single use plastic in our processes. We use paper, biodegradable and card items to gift package our products. Any plastic items used are always recyclable or reusable. We also reuse all incoming packaging.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 
If you wish to cancel an order you should do so at the earliest opportunity. Unfortunately, once an item has been posted you are required to follow the returns procedure.
To return an item, simply complete the contact form, and we will respond within 24 hours to deal with any issues on an individual basis.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy with our products or customer service, please address your concerns to [email protected] for action. We aim to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution within 7 working days.
