All items are in stock and ready to post. I am a solo maker so quantities are always very limited.
Orders are processed through this website using the trusted PayPal payment portal. I am to post orders within 2 working days.
Shipping
Shipping is available within mainland UK only. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class services, with proof of posting retained without exception.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date on the proof of posting. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued providing the item is in the same condition it was posted in. For damaged items I require photographic evidence in order to raise a claim with Royal Mail.
